The Spirit of '67 (Paul Revere & the Raiders album)
''The Spirit of '67'' is the sixth studio album by American pop rock group Paul Revere & the Raiders. Produced by Terry Melcher and released in November 1966 by Columbia Records (CS 9395), and featured the singles ''Hungry'', ''The Great Airplane Strike'', and ''Good Thing''. This was their first album with mostly self-penned material; all previous albums were composed primarily of cover songs. It was also their third Gold Record in a row.
This album was remastered and rereleased by Sundazed Records (SC 6095) in 1996 with bonus tracks.
